Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Manager in Training to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Manager Trainee, you will undergo comprehensive training in running a store efficiently and effectively. Your responsibilities will include supervising daily store operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, managing staff, and implementing operational strategies.

Position Type

Full-Time, flexible hours

Starting Wage

$27.50 per hour, with earning potential up to $105,000 in the first year (including bonus)

Duties and Responsibilities

• Supervise team performance and customer service standards
• Implement company strategies and values to foster teamwork
• Manage customer concerns and store presentation
• Recruit, schedule, and train store personnel
• Monitor inventory, budgets, and store performance
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

Job Qualifications

• 18 years or older
• Strong customer service and leadership skills
• Ability to interpret and apply policies
• Prior retail management experience preferred

Education and Experience

High School Diploma or equivalent, 3+ years in retail
