Job Description

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day store operations to ensure exceptional customer service.
• Develop operational plans and manage schedules.
• Hire, train, and mentor store personnel.
• Monitor and maintain store merchandising and product quality.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Requirements

• 18 years or older with a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of retail experience.
• Strong leadership and communication abilities.
• Knowledge of budgeting and personnel management.
• Prior management experience is preferred.
