Job Description

We are looking for a Mechanic I to join Cargill's protein and salt business in Albert Lea, MN. As part of our global team of 155,000 employees, you will contribute to providing high-quality food products in a safe and sustainable manner. This position offers a competitive hourly salary of $26.60, along with a $3,000 sign-on bonus.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance on production machinery using hand tools.
• Ensure food safety and quality standards are met.
• Maintain cleanliness and housekeeping in the work environment.

Requirements

• Eligibility to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
• Previous production maintenance and welding experience.
• Proficiency in English language (reading, writing, and speaking).

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience at Cargill.
• Recent work history within the last 12 months.
