Job Description

Marion County is seeking two Mental Health Therapists to join the Adult Outpatient Services team, providing therapy to individuals with serious and persistent mental illnesses. As part of a collaborative team, you will offer services in diverse community settings, develop treatment plans, provide crisis intervention, and engage in clinical documentation.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
  • Deliver evidence-based individual and group therapy services, crisis interventions, and case management.
  • Work closely with clients, families, and other professionals to support recovery and community integration.
  • Collaborate within the Assertive Community Treatment (ACT) team to provide holistic care and services.

Requirements

  • Master's degree in psychology, social work, or related field.
  • One year of postgraduate experience in behavioral health.
  • Licensed or eligible for licensure as LCSW or related credential in Oregon.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to work in diverse environments.
