Job Description
We are seeking Mental Health Therapists to join our expanding Adult Behavioral Health team in Marion County. As a Mental Health Therapist, you will provide mental health therapy to individuals diagnosed with serious and persistent mental illnesses. This role involves collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to deliver exceptional care and support to clients in the community.
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Deliver individual and group therapy using evidence-based practices.
- Provide case management, crisis intervention, and advocacy for clients.
- Collaborate with team members and participate in clinical meetings and trainings.
Requirements
- Master's degree in psychology, social work, or related field.
- One year of postgraduate experience in behavioral health.
- Licensed or eligible for licensure as LCSW, CSWA.
- Ability to work in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
