We are looking for compassionate and motivated New Graduate Private Duty LPNs to join our team at Aveanna Healthcare. Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one patient care in a home environment.
• Execute physicians' prescribed plan of care and document care provided.
• Administer medication, treatments, and therapies as prescribed.
• Conduct patient assessments, coordinate care, and educate family members.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Current, unrestricted state license as a Licensed Nurse.
• Current CPR certification.
• Proficiency in clinical assessments, documentation, and compliance.
