Calumet Trace Senior Living is seeking a caring and dedicated Nurse (LPN/RN) to join our team. As a valuable member of our community, you will be responsible for safely administering medications and treatments to our residents.

Responsibilities

• Understand and document on the 24-hour communication reports.
• Maintain confidentiality regarding resident and employee information.
• Assist with medication records and re-ordering when necessary.
• Monitor medications received from the pharmacy and address any discrepancies.

Requirements

• Must be a Licensed Nurse (LPN/RN) in the state of practice.
• Previous experience with the elderly population preferred.
• Proficiency in English and willingness to attend required monthly in-services.
• CPR certification is required.
