Job Description
Jazz Pharmaceuticals is seeking an Oncology Business Manager for the Northeast region. The ideal candidate will demonstrate leadership and strong business strategy skills to establish and manage relationships with key stakeholders in health systems and community oncology practices, ensuring access to Jazz Oncology products.
Position Objectives
- Develop and execute business plans with a focus on group purchasing organizations, health economics, and reimbursement strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners to support Oncology brand objectives and educate on access to Jazz Oncology portfolio.
- Position Jazz Oncology as a preferred partner for initiatives that support patients' needs.
Position Responsibilities
- Strategically optimize engagements with oncology accounts to ensure optimal access for Jazz Oncology products.
- Develop account-level strategic plans in collaboration with Regional Sales Managers to support product access.
- Communicate account plans and insights to inform contracting and access strategies.
- Build and manage key business relationships with decision-makers in health systems and community practice oncology.
- Collaborate with internal partners to ensure optimal access for Jazz Oncology products.
- Educate accounts on distribution, access issues, and patient support services.
- Attend industry meetings and conferences to stay informed about market trends.
- Ensure compliance with ethical and company policies.
Skills / Competencies required
- Bachelor’s Degree with 10+ years of industry experience.
- Experience with Oncology Practice Network accounts and Health Systems.
- Strong account management knowledge and understanding of reimbursement models.
- Deep knowledge of commercial and government reimbursement policies.
- Strong communication, organizational, and presentation skills.
- Ability to travel up to 40% of the time.
