Job Description

We are looking for an Oncology Business Manager to join our team at Jazz Pharmaceuticals. This position, based in Palo Alto, California, requires strong leadership and business strategy skills to establish and manage key relationships within health systems and oncology practices. The primary focus is on ensuring access to Jazz Oncology products and driving business growth.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute business plans with a deep understanding of healthcare economics and reimbursement models.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional partners to achieve Oncology brand objectives and educate on Jazz Oncology portfolio access.
  • Lead the development of strategic plans for optimal access to Jazz Oncology products in assigned accounts.
  • Build and manage key relationships with stakeholders in health systems and oncology practices.
  • Stay informed on payer policy updates and educate accounts on distribution and access of Jazz Oncology products.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in related field with 10+ years of industry experience.
  • Experience with Oncology Practice Network accounts/Health Systems or Group Purchasing Organizations.
  • Strong understanding of hospital reimbursement models and healthcare ecosystems.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to travel up to 40% of the time.
