Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Operations Assistant to join our team at ALDI. As an essential part of our operations, you will support the smooth running of our National Services & divisional offices, ensuring effective communication and administrative assistance.
Responsibilities
- Communicate effectively on behalf of management to internal and external stakeholders.
- Generate reports for decision-making purposes.
- Provide general office support and maintain efficient filing systems.
- Identify and report any irregularities in operations.
- Conduct training sessions within your area of responsibility.
- Collaborate with team members and uphold confidentiality and security standards.
Requirements
- High School Diploma / GED required; Associate's Degree preferred.
- Minimum of 1 year relevant experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
