Responsibilities

• Plan, supervise, and control available resources for safe loading/unloading of freight.
• Maintain appropriate load plans and ensure proper load balance.
• Assign job tasks, coordinate work assignments, and provide training and feedback.
• Provide a clean, safe working environment and adhere to handling regulations.
• Work collaboratively in a fast-paced and values-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; experience in transportation is a plus.
• Supervisory experience is preferred; knowledge of freight handling techniques required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and strong computer skills.
• Positive attitude, team player, and commitment to safety and excellence.
