General Description of Duties:

• Plan, supervise, and control resources for timely and safe loading/unloading of freight.
• Maintain load plans and ensure proper load balance for safe operations.
• Assign job tasks, coordinate work assignments, and provide training and feedback.
• Ensure a safe working environment and foster safe handling of materials.
• Work collaboratively to achieve department goals and uphold company values.
• Additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Experience in transportation or related field, supervisory experience preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Knowledge of freight handling techniques.
