Job Description

We are looking for an Operations Supervisor I to join our team in Denver, CO. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for planning, supervising, and controlling available resources to ensure timely, damage-free, and safe loading/unloading of freight. In addition, you will assign tasks to workers, provide training and feedback, maintain a safe working environment, and support department goals.

Responsibilities

• Plan and supervise the loading/unloading of freight.
• Maintain load balance for safe vehicle operation.
• Assign tasks and monitor performances.
• Provide training, feedback, and disciplinary recommendations.
• Foster safe handling and storage of hazardous materials.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Prior transportation or related experience preferred.
• Supervisory experience beneficial.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Knowledge of freight handling techniques.
