Job Description
Join our team as an Overnight Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN/LVN) at Aveanna Healthcare and be part of a rewarding opportunity to provide skilled nursing care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse. We are currently seeking NG-TUBE Nurses and Weekend nurses who desire flexible shifts.
Responsibilities
- Deliver and coordinate quality patient care in compliance with physician orders.
- Observe and assess patient condition, report changes, and document activities in a timely manner.
- Implement and update nursing care plans, take appropriate actions based on assessment, and prevent risks.
- Ensure infection control measures are followed to protect both staff and patients.
- Educate patients and families on disease processes and self-care techniques.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
- Current, unrestricted state license as a Licensed Nurse.
- Current CPR certification and proficiency in clinical assessments.
- Six months of recent clinical care experience and home health experience.

- Attention to detail, time management, and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication, organization, and conflict resolution abilities.

- Must be able to travel and meet lifting, repositioning, and mobility requirements.
