Job Description

We are looking for a Part-Time Cashier/Stocker to enhance the ALDI customer shopping experience in a collaborative team environment. As a member of our team, you will be operating registers, stocking shelves, ensuring store appearance, and providing exceptional customer service. This role offers a dynamic work environment with new experiences every day.

Position Type

Part-Time (Fewer than 30 hours per week)

Starting Wage

$18.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively
• Maintain security and confidentiality of documents
• Cashiers: Process purchases, stock shelves, provide customer service
• Stockers: Rotate products, create displays, operate machinery
• Meet physical demands of the role

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older
• Provide prompt and courteous customer service
• Ability to interpret and apply company policies
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• Retail experience is a plus
