Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Stocker/Cashier to join our team at ALDI. As a part-time member of our collaborative workforce, you will play a key role in enhancing the ALDI customer shopping experience. Your responsibilities will include operating cash registers, stocking shelves, maintaining store appearance, and providing exceptional customer service.
Position Details
- Position Type: Part-Time
- Average Hours: Fewer than 30 hours per week
- Starting Wage: $18.00 per hour
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with team members and communicate relevant information to direct leaders.
- Perform cashier duties including processing customer purchases, stocking shelves, and providing excellent customer service.
- Perform stocker responsibilities such as organizing new inventory, maintaining merchandising displays, and operating machinery.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures while upholding security and confidentiality standards.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service.
- Effective time management and excellent verbal communication skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred with prior retail experience.
