We are looking for a compassionate Part-Time LPN to join our team in Allen County (Lima, OH) for the Third Shift. As a member of our unionized workforce, you will play a vital role in providing in-home developmental disability services for adults. Responsibilities include:

• Completing routine assessments.
• Administering medications and treatments.
• Treating illnesses and injuries.
• Collaborating with physicians, receiving orders, and transcribing when necessary.
• Participating in Admission and Discharge planning.
