Part-Time Stocker/Cashier

Job Description

We are looking for a Part-Time Stocker/Cashier to enhance the ALDI customer shopping experience in a collaborative team setting. As an ALDI Cashier or Stocker, you will operate registers, stock shelves, maintain store appearance, and serve customers, contributing to a dynamic work environment with daily variety.

Position Details

• Position Type: Part-Time
• Average Hours: Fewer than 30 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.50 per hour

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with team members and keep direct leaders informed
• Maintain security and confidentiality of documents and data
• Perform cashier duties: process purchases, provide stellar customer service, handle inventory
• Execute stocker responsibilities: stock shelves, merchandise displays, operate machinery

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older
• Demonstrate exceptional customer service and cleaning skills
• Ability to interpret company policies, communicate effectively, and manage time efficiently
• Operate cash registers or equipment safely and effectively

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• Prior retail work experience and product knowledge beneficial
• Efficiently handle tasks independently and within a team
