In this role, you will enhance the ALDI shopping experience by operating registers, stocking shelves, maintaining store appearance, and providing top-notch customer service. Position Details

• Type: Part-Time
• Average Hours: Fewer than 30 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $16.00 per hour

Responsibilities

Cashier:

• Process customer purchases and maintain store cleanliness
• Deliver exceptional customer service and provide feedback on products
• Conduct inventory counts and adhere to cash policies

Stocker:

• Stock shelves and ensure products are fresh and neatly displayed
• Follow merchandising guidelines and operate machinery safely
• Maintain inventory organization and assist in box breakdown

Requirements

• Minimum age of 18 years
• Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service
• Effective communication skills and ability to work in a team
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Prior retail experience is a plus
