Job Description

We are looking for a Part-Time Stocker/Cashier to join our team at Aldi, where you will play a vital role in enhancing the customer shopping experience. As a Stocker, you will be responsible for stocking shelves, rotating products, maintaining displays, and operating machinery to ensure a well-organized store environment. As a Cashier, your duties will include processing customer purchases, providing exceptional customer service, and upholding cash policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

Common Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with team members and communicate relevant information.
  • Uphold security and confidentiality standards.

Cashier Responsibilities:

  • Process customer purchases and provide excellent customer service.
  • Participate in inventory counts and adhere to cash policies.

Stocker Responsibilities:

  • Stock shelves, rotate products, and operate machinery safely.
  • Follow merchandising guidelines to maintain excellent displays.

Qualifications

  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service.
  • Effective communication and teamwork skills.
  • Knowledge of company products and services.

Education and Experience

  • High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Prior retail experience is a plus.
