Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Part-Time Stocker/Cashier to join our collaborative team at Aldi. As a member of our crew, you will have the opportunity to enhance the shopping experience for our customers by operating registers, stocking shelves, maintaining store appearance, and providing top-notch service.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with leadership.
• Uphold security and confidentiality standards.
• Perform cashier duties: process purchases, stock shelves, provide exceptional service, and monitor inventory.
• Perform stocker duties: rotate products, create displays, operate machinery, and maintain a neat shopping environment.

Physical Demands

Ability to perform physical tasks such as bending, lifting, and standing for extended periods.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years old or older.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Effective time management and knowledge of retail products.

Education and Experience

High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Prior retail experience is a plus.
