Part-Time Store Cashier/Stocker

Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented Part-Time Store Cashier/Stocker to join the team at Aldi. As a Cashier or Stocker, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a great shopping experience for our customers. You will operate registers, stock shelves, maintain store appearance, and provide excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with team members and follow instructions from direct leader.
• Uphold security and confidentiality standards.
• Perform cashier duties such as processing purchases and stocking shelves neatly.
• Contribute to creating well-merchandised displays and maintaining inventory accuracy.
• Adhere to cash handling policies and minimize losses.
• Execute stocker responsibilities, including proper rotation of products and operational safety.
• Meet physical demands of the role, such as bending, lifting, and operating store equipment.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Provide prompt and courteous customer service.
• Ability to interpret and apply company policies.
• Excellent verbal communication skills.
• Good time management and teamwork abilities.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous retail experience is a plus.
