Part-Time Store Cashier/Stocker

Job Description

Join our team at ALDI as a Part-Time Store Cashier/Stocker. As a Cashier, you will process customer purchases, maintain a clean shopping environment, and provide exceptional customer service. As a Stocker, you will organize and stock products, create appealing displays, and ensure a fresh inventory for our customers. This role requires excellent communication skills, the ability to work both independently and in a team, and a dedication to upholding company standards.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with team members and provide feedback to direct leaders.
• Maintain store security and confidentiality of documents and data.
• Operate machinery, stock shelves, rotate products, and create attractive merchandise displays.
• Adhere to cash policies, procedures, and inventory guidelines.
• Regularly engage in physical activities such as sitting, standing, lifting, bending, and walking.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to provide excellent customer service and perform general cleaning duties.
• Interpret and apply company policies, procedures, and handle cash efficiently.
• Effective communication, time management, and product knowledge skills.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
