Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Patient Care Technician (PCT) to join our team at Hillcrest Medical Center in Tulsa, OK. This full-time night shift position in the Coronary Care Unit offers a rewarding opportunity to make a difference in patients' lives. As a PCT, you will work under the supervision of medical staff to provide essential care and support to patients.
Responsibilities
- Assist patients with daily activities like bathing, dressing, and eating.
- Monitor and report patients' progress to the medical team.
- Take and record vital signs and collect lab specimens.
- Provide patient transport and assist with housekeeping tasks.
- Measure and record patients' intake and output, among other duties.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED.
- Basic Life Support certification.
- Preferred: Two years of acute or long-term care experience, CNA, PCT, or paramedic certification.
