Responsibilities

• Collaborate with registered nurses to provide safe and compassionate patient care.
• Document patient data, report observations, and address patient concerns.
• Ensure patient safety and comfort by monitoring vital signs, assisting with mobility, and performing basic tasks.
• Maintain a clean and orderly patient environment, assist with housekeeping duties, and perform basic patient transport.
• Participate in Purposeful Hourly Rounding, Bedside Shift Reports, and provide direct and indirect patient care support.
• Stock supplies, assist with range of motion exercises, and fulfill other assigned duties.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Proficiency in at least two general areas of practice, with a preference for experience in acute or long-term care settings.
• Preferred qualifications include CNA, PCT, or paramedic certification, familiarity with phlebotomy, and enrollment in nursing school.
