Responsibilities

• Assist patients with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and eating.
• Observe and report on patients' progress to medical staff.
• Take and record vital signs and collect specimens for lab tests.
• Provide basic patient transport and housekeeping duties.
• Measure and record patients' intake and output according to unit routines.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Basic Life Support certification.
• Preferred certification as a CNA, PCT, or paramedic, or current enrollment in nursing school.
• Two years of experience in acute or long-term care preferred.
