We are looking for a dedicated Patient Care Tech (PCT) to join our team at Hillcrest Medical Center in Tulsa, OK. This full-time, night shifts position offers a great opportunity to work in a collaborative and caring environment. As a PCT, you will play a vital role in supporting patient care and ensuring a safe and healing atmosphere.

Responsibilities

• Work alongside registered nurses to deliver compassionate care.
• Communicate effectively and assist with delegated tasks.
• Monitor patient vital signs and report any concerns promptly.
• Maintain a safe environment for patients and assist with mobility needs.
• Participate in hourly rounding and provide support as needed.
• Perform direct patient care duties and assist with basic housekeeping tasks.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Basic Life Support certification.
• Ability to cover multiple areas of practice.

Preferred Qualifications

• Minimum two years of acute or long-term care experience.
• Completion of CNA, PCT, or paramedic certification, or enrollment in nursing school.
• Proficiency in phlebotomy.
