We are looking for a passionate Personal Fitness Team Lead to join VASA Fitness. As the Personal Training Lead, you will be responsible for advancing the personal training business, exceeding fitness financial targets, and creating an exceptional member experience.

Responsibilities

• Build and develop a high-performance personal training team.
• Increase acquisition of new and improve retention of existing personal training clients.
• Develop an agile personal training team to cater to each client's specific needs.
• Create a welcoming environment within the Personal Training Cage.
• Retain personal training clients and ensure they receive the best value.
• Create a supportive community for personal trainers and their clients.
• Attract new clients by forming personal relationships with VASA members.
• Coach personal trainers on consultations and sales techniques.
• Work with personal trainers to achieve monthly sales targets.
• Achieve monthly sales goals.
