Compensation: Base Rate: $18.00 - $24.00 per hour, Total Compensation Range: $50,180 - $68,800 annually

Responsibilities
- Build and develop a high-performing personal training team
- Increase acquisition of new and improve retention of existing personal training clients
- Facilitate personalized training programs for clients
- Create an engaging and inclusive training environment
- Coach personal trainers on consultation and package recommendations
- Contribute to achieving monthly sales targets
Requirements
- Prior experience in personal training or fitness industry
- Strong leadership and coaching skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
- Passion for helping others achieve their fitness goals
- Certification in personal training (preferred)
