Physical Therapy Specialist - Earn up to $90/hr

Job Description

We are looking for a compassionate and dedicated Physical Therapy Specialist to join Paradigm Rehab. As a Physical Therapist, you will have the opportunity to make a difference in people's lives by assisting them in reconnecting with their environment and enhancing their quality of life.

Responsibilities

• Conduct home visit assessments for referred patients to evaluate medical conditions and functional capabilities.
• Provide direct patient care and develop personalized rehabilitation plans.
• Document patient progress using EMR systems (previous experience with Hello Note is a plus).
• Maintain CPR certification to ensure patient safety and care.

Requirements

• Graduate from an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Hold an unencumbered Physical Therapy license for New York.
• Demonstrate proficiency in conducting assessments and developing treatment plans.
