Position Summary
Casteel Heating, Cooling, Plumbing & Electrical is looking for a Plumbing Manager to oversee the construction and maintenance of plumbing systems. You will be responsible for supervising and delegating tasks to plumbing technicians and helpers, ensuring projects are completed efficiently and effectively.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate plumbing project activities and ensure deadlines are met.
- Inspect projects for compliance with building codes and regulations.
- Plan and organize the installation and maintenance of plumbing systems.
- Develop quality control programs and implement new plans as needed.
- Supervise and coach technicians to maximize productivity.
Requirements
- Proven experience in plumbing construction and maintenance.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.

- Valid driver's license.
