Job Description
Cargill is looking for a dedicated individual to join our team in Fort Morgan, CO as a Pre-Treatment Waste Water Operator. In this position, you will play a crucial role in operating and maintaining equipment associated with the treatment process, ensuring the safe and efficient processing of wastewater.
Responsibilities
- Operate dissolved air flotation system and associated equipment.
- Conduct rotoscreen operations for efficient wastewater treatment.
- Monitor and maintain various pumps in pretreatment and lift stations.
- Utilize PLC system for chemical management.
- Troubleshoot equipment issues to ensure continuous operation.
- Adhere to housekeeping and safety standards.
Required Qualifications
- Eligibility to work in the United States.
- Minimum age of 18.
- Proficiency in English language.
- Ability to obtain State Wastewater License.
- Experience with operating PLC systems.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience in wastewater treatment.
- Mechanical aptitude.
- Basic computer skills.
