We are looking for a dedicated Primary Care Physician to join our innovative healthcare team at One Medical. As a provider focused on delivering exceptional care, you will have the opportunity to manage a diverse patient panel, conduct in-office visits, collaborate with virtual clinical teams, and utilize your clinical expertise to improve health outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Manage a patient panel with a variety of needs, including acute, chronic, and well visits.
• Conduct in-office and tele-health visits, ensuring comprehensive care delivery.
• Collaborate with in-office and virtual clinical teams for holistic patient management.
• Supervise NP or PA colleagues to support optimal patient care.

Requirements

• Completion of an accredited Internal or Family Medicine residency program.
• At least 2 years of recent experience in outpatient primary care.
• Board Certification in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine.
• State license in California.
