Responsibilities

• Deliver and coordinate quality patient care in accordance with physician orders.
• Observe and assess patient condition, report changes, and document all activities in a timely manner.
• Participate in care planning, implement nursing actions, and achieve expected outcomes.
• Recognize changes in patient needs, intervene as needed, and educate patients and families on self-care techniques.
• Maintain knowledge through educational programs and skill evaluations.

Requirements

• Minimum 6 months of nursing experience.
• Active and good standing Nursing License.
• Current CPR Certification.
