Responsibilities
- Deliver and coordinate quality patient care according to physician orders.
- Observe and assess patient condition, reporting changes to supervisors and physicians.
- Document all care activities, assessments, and nursing actions promptly.
- Participate in developing and updating nursing care plans.
- Provide patient and family education on self-care, disease processes, and prevention strategies.
Requirements
- 6 months nursing experience (New Grad Program available).
- Active Nursing License and current CPR Certification.
