Key Responsibilities

• Deliver quality patient care following physician orders.
• Assess patient condition, report changes, and coordinate care.
• Document care activities in a timely and accurate manner.
• Participate in implementing and updating nursing care plans.
• Take necessary nursing actions based on assessments.
• Ensure infection control measures are followed as per standards.
• Educate patients and families on disease management and self-care.
• Maintain and enhance nursing competencies through continuous learning.

Requirements

• Minimum 6 months nursing experience or participation in our New Grad Program.
• Active nursing license in good standing.
• Current CPR certification.
