Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality patient care in accordance with physician orders.
• Assess patient condition and needs, reporting changes to supervisors or physicians.
• Document all care activities, assessments, and nursing actions promptly and accurately.
• Participate in and update the nursing care plan, taking appropriate actions based on assessments.
• Educate patients and families on disease processes, self-care, and preventive strategies.

Requirements

• Minimum 6 months experience as a practicing nurse.
• Active nursing license in good standing.
• Current CPR certification.
