Job Description
We are looking for a compassionate and dedicated Private Duty Registered Nurse (RN) to join ChristianaCare's HomeHealth team. If you are passionate about providing expert care to medically fragile patients in the comfort of their homes, this position might be the perfect fit for you.
Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality care to pediatric, adult, and geriatric patients.
- Collaborate with families, physicians, and healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive care.
- Administer medications, treatments, and specialized procedures as prescribed.
- Build positive relationships with patients and provide compassionate support.
- Participate in a minimum of two weekend shifts per month.
Requirements
- Active DE LPN or RN license with at least 1 year of healthcare experience.
- Ability to attend a two-week orientation at the Camden office.
- Prior experience in home health or Long Term Care is advantageous.
- Preferred experience with tracheostomy and ventilator care.
