Job Description
We are looking for a compassionate Private Duty Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team at ChristianaCare. In this role, you will provide expert care to pediatric, adult, and geriatric patients in the comfort of their homes. Responsibilities include coordinating care with families and healthcare providers, administering medications and treatments, and maintaining positive relationships with patients.
Responsibilities
- Deliver expert care to medically fragile patients.
- Coordinate care with families and healthcare providers.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Build positive relationships with patients.
Requirements
- DE LPN or RN license with at least 1 year of healthcare experience.
- Previous experience in home health or Long Term Care is a plus.
- Preference for candidates with tracheostomy and ventilator experience.
- Must be able to attend a two-week orientation at our Camden office.
