Job Description
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Private Duty Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team at ChristianaCare HomeHealth. In this role, you will provide expert care to pediatric, adult, and geriatric patients in the home health setting. Responsibilities include coordinating care with families and healthcare providers, administering medications, and ensuring patient comfort and well-being.
Responsibilities
- Deliver expert care to medically fragile patients.
- Coordinate care with families and healthcare providers.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Build positive relationships with patients and families.
Requirements
- DE LPN or RN license with 1 year of healthcare experience.
- Previous home health or Long Term Care experience preferred.
- Tracheostomy and ventilator experience is a plus.
