Private Duty Registered Nurse (RN) - In Person Event 5/13

Job Description

We are looking for a compassionate Private Duty Registered Nurse (RN) to provide expert care to medically fragile patients in the home health setting. As part of our highly-trained team at ChristianaCare, you will coordinate care, administer medications, and build positive relationships with patients and their families.

Responsibilities

• Deliver expert care to medically fragile pediatric and adult patients.
• Coordinate care with families, physicians, and healthcare providers.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Build positive relationships with compassion and courtesy.

Requirements

• DE LPN or RN license with at least 1 year of healthcare experience.
• Ability to attend orientation sessions and field training.
• Experience in home health or Long Term Care is a plus.
• Preference for candidates with tracheostomy and ventilator experience.
