Position: Program Therapist 2 (underfill) - Residential and Support Services - Relocation Offered

Marion County Health and Human Services is seeking a compassionate, energetic, and flexible Program Therapist to work at Horizon House Residential Treatment Facility. The Program Therapist will provide Person-Centered mental health treatment services in a 24-hour residential clinical setting, working with adult residents with mental illness and/or chemical dependency. Responsibilities include facilitating therapeutic groups, writing treatment plans, managing doctor's orders, and collaborating with internal and external resources.
Responsibilities
- Provide assessments and treatment services to individuals and families.
- Offer crisis assessment and intervention services.
- Coordinate with resident clinical teams and provide clinical support at Horizon House.
- Facilitate counseling and skills training groups.
- Conduct community coordination to ensure access to needed services.
- Assist with medication administration and maintain clinical documentation.
Requirements
- Master's degree in related field or Bachelor's degree with relevant licensing.
- Previous experience in behavioral health field.
- Ability to work within a team and maintain clinical records.
