Job Description
Marion County Health and Human Services is looking for a dedicated and adaptable Program Therapist 2 to join the team at Horizon House Residential Treatment Facility. The Program Therapist will collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to deliver Person-Centered mental health treatment services in a residential setting to adult residents with mental illness and/or chemical dependency.
Responsibilities
- Provide clinical support, individual and group therapy, and crisis intervention services.
- Coordinate with clinical teams and outside resources to ensure comprehensive treatment.
- Facilitate community integration and independent skill development activities for residents.
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and transport clients when necessary.
Requirements
- Master's degree in psychology, social work, or related field.
- Experience in behavioral health field for Program Therapist 2.
- Licensure or eligibility for LCSW, CSWA preferred.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
