Regional Float Licensed Practical Nurse -- LPN

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Regional Float Licensed Practical Nurse - LPN to join our float nursing pool. As a valued member of our team, you will have the flexibility to create your schedule based on our availability and work at multiple affiliated skilled nursing centers in the area.

Responsibilities

• Deliver efficient nursing care to achieve positive clinical outcomes and patient/family satisfaction.
• Contribute to nursing assessments, care planning, and provide direct patient care.
• Supervise patient care provided by unlicensed staff.

Requirements

• Graduate of an approved school for practical or vocational nursing.
• Current State Board of Nursing license.
• Experience in rehabilitative or geriatric nursing preferred.
• Proficiency in English to ensure patient safety and wellbeing.
• Current BLS/CPR certification.
