Position Overview

The Registered Nurse (RN) at Aveanna Healthcare is responsible for providing skilled nursing care according to the care plan and physician's orders while maintaining professional standards and confidentiality.

Essential Job Functions

• Deliver and coordinate quality patient care.
• Observe and assess patient condition, reporting changes as needed.
• Document all care activities and updates to care plans.
• Implement nursing actions to achieve desired outcomes.
• Provide patient and family education on self-care and disease management.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Current RN license in the state of practice.
• CPR certification.
• Proficiency in clinical assessments and documentation.
• 1 year of nursing experience.

Preferences

• 6 months of recent clinical nursing experience.
• Home health experience.
