Registered Nurse - Emergency Department

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our Emergency Department team at The University of Vermont Health Network. In this role, you will be responsible for managing patient care using the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient outcomes in the Emergency Room setting.

Responsibilities

• Manage patient care in the Emergency Room using the nursing process.
• Evaluate patient outcomes and adjust care plans accordingly.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to provide comprehensive care.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing.
• Current Registered Professional Nurse license in NYS.
• Past medical/surgical experience as an RN preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
