Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our Inpatient Rehab team at The University of Vermont Health Network. As a Staff Nurse II, you will provide professional nursing care to patients by developing and implementing comprehensive nursing care plans. You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, provide direct patient care, and ensure continuity of care post-discharge.
Responsibilities
- Assess and plan nursing care for patients with various health needs.
- Implement and evaluate the nursing care plan to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Participate in team meetings and collaborate with other healthcare professionals.
- Provide patient education and prepare patients for post-discharge care.
Requirements
- Active Registered Nurse license.
- Minimum of three-hundred (300) hours per calendar year required.
- Completion of orientation program preferred.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
