Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join The University of Vermont Health Network team. As an Emergency Department Nurse at CVMC, you will play a crucial role in our busy, community hospital. The Emergency Department is a 24-bed unit that provides care for an average of 80 patients per day, spanning all ages and medical diagnoses.
Our RNs are integral members of a multi-disciplinary team, trained in ACLS, PALS, TNCC, ESI, and AVADE. We support and encourage certifications in Emergency Nursing (CEN) and Pediatric Emergency Nursing (CPEN). This full-time shift is scheduled from 3pm - 3am, and no on-call duty is required. For qualified candidates, a sign-on bonus of up to $10,000 is available with a 2-year commitment. Current University of Vermont Health Network employees are excluded from this incentive.
