Join the Genesis Healthcare team at Exeter Center as a Full-Time Registered Nurse (RN) on the 7p - 7a shift. As an RN in our facility, you will have the opportunity to provide care for a diverse range of patients with complex diagnoses, contributing to your professional growth and development.
Position Highlights
- Conduct nursing assessments and collaborate with the nursing team, patients, and families to develop effective care plans.
- Administer medications and perform treatments following physician orders.
- Delegate patient care responsibilities, supervise staff, and ensure proper implementation of tasks.
- Communicate patient information effectively within the care team and between shifts.
