We are looking for a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join The University of Vermont Health Network. As a key member of our nursing team, you will provide professional care to patients through assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of nursing care plans. The role involves direct patient care, instruction, and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams to ensure continuity of care.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional nursing care to patients at different stages of health and illness.
• Work as an essential member of nursing and multidisciplinary teams.
• Offer direct patient care, instruction, and support during transitions of care.
• Maintain readiness to take charge as operational needs require.

Requirements

• Current RN licensure recognized by the State of Vermont.
• Commitment to obtaining a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) as per organizational requirements.
• Relevant experience in a specific clinical area.
• More than one year of professional nursing experience.

Additional Information

• On-call duty is not required for this position.
